Fork Freedom is a collection of simple, healthier recipes I make and share for anyone who notices that certain foods don’t feel as good as they used to.
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve found that too much sugar and refined carbs affect me pretty quickly. They leave me feeling bloated, make it easier to gain weight, and generally drag my energy down. Nothing dramatic — just noticeable enough to change how I want to eat day to day.
I still enjoy food, and I’m not interested in strict rules or cutting out entire food groups. I just feel better when meals are more balanced, lighter on sugar, and made with ingredients that are satisfying without being heavy.
That’s what you’ll find here: everyday recipes that are practical, enjoyable, and designed to work with your body. I share them because many people experience the same shifts over time, even if they don’t always put words to them.
